This corner lot that our property owner chose, takes advantage of the expansive views over Columbia Lake and Lake Windermere Valley to the west; situated in Fairmont Hot Springs region, British Columbia.


The custom home was built with a 3-bedroom fully developed walk-out bungalow. The home owners are now able to enjoy a 1496 square feet on the main floor and over 1496 square feet in the walkout. The styling is a hybrid stick frame and timber frame style. The custom home owner from Alberta wanted the home to come complete with an extra-large double attached garage with additional room for a shop so that they could spend time wrenching on different toys like snowmobiles, dirt-bikes, quads, trucks and a boat.
